Clevenger Frable LaVallee, Inc.’s first project in 1983 was an extensive renovation of the Peacock Alley kitchen at the Waldorf Astoria. Since then the firm has completed over 750 projects in all segments of the hotel industry and has become a nationally recognized leader in hotel food service and laundry design. We are currently working on the Bonnet Creek Hilton, a resort/ convention center hotel consisting of a Waldorf Astoria Hotel and a Hilton Hotel totaling 1,500 rooms.
