The Summit campus was to increase its population by several hundred employees…well beyond the capacity of the existing food service facilities.  From a human resources standpoint providing a consistent level of dining service amenity at this location was a high priority. The schedule for the arrival of the new employees could not be delayed.  A fast track schedule would be required to convert an existing vacant building into a dining service facility and fitness center.
